No smoking on any part of the property. Cats are welcome. There is a $300 Pet Fee and $50 per month Pet Rent, per cat. Two cat maximum. Applicants must have a 3X Rent to Income Ratio and have at lease a 650 credit score. If you do not meet the screening criteria, and have a co-signer, please include them on your renters application as an "additional applicant."
