The property is fully furnished with three beds (one split-king, two twins) and a pull out sleeping couch. Utilities included in this price include: garbage, water, sewage, snow plow, and mowing, mosquito mitigation, and internet. Renter is responsible for electricity, which powers the heat pump heating and air conditioning. The monthly cost has ranged from 300-700 a month for our family. Tenant is expected to keep the home and its property in clean, maintained condition. This includes dripping the faucet during deep freezes and keeping dehumidifiers plugged in and emptied as needed.
