Lease terms

This is an 10-month lease term from August 21st 2026 to July 21st 2027 (with negotiable move-in and out dates). The property is fully furnished with three beds (one split-king, two twins) and a pull out sleeping couch. Utilities included in this price include: garbage, water, sewage, snow plow, and mowing, mosquito mitigation, and internet. Renter is responsible for electricity, which powers the heat pump heating and air conditioning. The monthly cost has ranged from 300-700 a month for our family. Tenant is expected to keep the home and its property in clean, maintained condition. This includes dripping the faucet during deep freezes and keeping dehumidifiers plugged in and emptied as needed. (Rent includes $545/month of utilities covered my landlord -- see below for more information) This bright and cheerful 3-story furnished… three-bedroom (plus office), two-and-a-half-bathroom with fully furnished basement (with additional living room, kitchenette, and office) home with an 10-month academic year lease is perfect for visiting or relocating families, home cooks, and nature-lovers. Our kid-friendly home has a 1-acre big backyard with a swing, an elevated "forest deck" for big kids (and grownups), and a neighborhood with other school-aged kids. We have a newly updated kitchen with quality knives, pans, and cooking equipment. The finished walk-out basement has a living room (could use as kid romper room/creating space) , kitchenette (sink, microwave, mini-fridge), and home office with large storage closet and an interior window that lets light. It also has a couch and TV with Roku; perfect for a playroom or guest suite. Large capacity washer and dryer and chest freezer in laundry room. Inside of the house is colorful with tons of light, and a mini-split in almost every room for excellent and efficient A/C and heating. Our backyard is a peaceful oasis with a great combination of sun and shade trees and we have an electric dogwatch fence with 1 collar available for use. There are hiking trails in every direction and the bike path (to downtown and beyond) is located half a mile down the hill. The nearest bus stop is .9 miles and there is space for 1 car in the garage and open parking next to the driveway. LANDLORD PAYS FOR: Internet, water, garbage, sewage, mosquito and tick treatment (Mosquito Joe's essential oil treatment) , lawn mowing, and driveway snow plowing included in rent. (These utilities covered my landlord = $545/month) Tenant pays for electricity (which powers the heat + AC).
