Lease terms

Minimum 12-month lease required. Security deposit and first month's rent are due prior to occupancy. Up to two pets may be considered with Landlord's prior written approval. A refundable pet deposit of $300 is required, plus monthly pet rent of $35 per approved pet. Pet restrictions may apply. Assistance animals are not considered pets and will be handled in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Landlord pays for water, sewer, and trash service. Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, internet, cable, and any other optional services. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the property. Tenant must maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term. All occupants 18 years of age or older must complete an application and satisfy the Landlord's screening criteria. The property may not be subleased or used as a short-term rental. All lease terms, deposits, fees, pet approvals, and occupancy requirements are subject to the final written lease agreement.
