This property is a lot and a half, located at the end of the shortest canal on the West side of Cudjoe Key. We have excellent privacy with a 6-ft fence on both sides of the property with beautiful large tropical trees and landscaping all around. Upstairs our kitchen is equipped with pretty much anything you could want. A 14-cup coffee maker and a Keurig as well. Service for up to 20 people. We have an above ground 12 x 20 x 4 ft deep pool. We are not real estate investors. We purchased this house for our large family, and we are happy to share it with you at a fair price. We are set up for fishermen and divers with a full-size bait freezer and ICE MACHINE, and two docks. A 40-ft dock behind the house, and a dock in front of the Tiki Hut. The Tiki Hut dock will accommodate a 24 ft boat. We furnish pin fish traps and a bait motel if you need it. We require a two-week minimum stay.
