We are transitioning from occasional Airbnb use to a stable, long-term tenant and are looking for responsible occupants who will treat the property like their own home. Key Lease Details Lease Duration: 12-month initial term preferred. Month-to-month may be available after the first term with proper notice. Rent: $3600 due on the [1st / 5th] of each month. Prorated rent for partial months. Security Deposit: $3,600 (refundable per Florida law after move-out, minus any damages or unpaid amounts). Renters Insurance: Required. Tenants must maintain a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage and provide proof of policy before move-in and at renewal. Landlord's insurance does not cover tenant belongings.
