This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse is a beachfront complex. Ocean views from the property but not from the unit itself.… Two bedrooms upstairs and a kitchen and family room downstairs. It has a spiral staircase, living room faces a open greenbelt view. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi and a private gated beach access and 180-degree gorgeous beach views from the bluff. It also has a beach bluff seating area with chairs and umbrella for residents only. Very close to restaurants, downtown Del Mar, Del Mar racetrack, located on the highly desired S. Sierra Ave. The rent is $5,385 a month with the $5,000 security deposit. The lease term is one year with one-year leases after that.
The flooring is tile on the entire downstairs and neutral colored carpeting upstairs and in both bedrooms. It comes with two parking spots in the underground secure parking lot. All appliances included, frig, stacked washer/dryer unit as well as coined machines in the common area. The downstairs is wide open area. One of the bedrooms has a balcony. It's a minute walk to see the ocean view from the common property with a private gated entry to the beach.
Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings. One bedroom has a loft, that can be used for storage, an extra bed or even a small desk.
The pool was just remodeled last year, has a jacuzzi, showers, bathroom, patio furniture. See photos. There is also a reservable clubhouse on-site for parties that can handle 20 plus people for a party or gathering that is right next to the pool. The room has a full-sized frig, sink, couches and chairs.
There are two storage units in the garage. Basic cable, water, trash are included in the rent price. You pay SDGE. Two underground gated, well lit, secure parking spots included in the rent price. All appliances included, frig, microwave, oven, stacked washer/dryer.
