Resident Application & Lease Terms A completed Resident Application including background check is required for consideration. Application fee costs $35 paid by tenant. Rent: $8,500 per month, which includes a fully furnished 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home. Utilities included: water, sewer, gas, electricity, trash removal,high-speed internet, and lawn care/snow removal. Utilities cap: $600/month for utilities anything over will be invoiced and deducted from security deposit. A residential lease and $8,500 security deposit must be signed prior to move-in and access codes given. House Rules Unauthorized guests are not permitted; violations may result in immediate lease termination. No smoking or drug use on the premises. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM. No street parking; all vehicles must be parked on the property. No parties allowed. Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed under 50 lbs (breed restrictions: no Rottweilers, German Shepards, Pitbulls, Dobermans, Mastiffs. No cats allowed. $500 nonrefundable pet deposit per pet. Pet waste must be removed prior to lease end; failure to do so will incur a $500 pet waste cleaning fee. Cleaning: One-time cleaning fee of $500 per booking; monthly cleaning included by our professional cleaning team. Furnishings: No rearranging furniture. All items must remain on the property; an inventory is maintained, and fees may apply if items are missing.
