Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 10 AM to respect the peace of neighbors. Large parties and events are strictly prohibited to preserve the serenity and pristine condition of the property. This is a smoke-free property, and smoking or vaping inside is not allowed. The beach directly behind the house is private property belonging to a neighbor, but guests have access to the beautiful beach located to the left of the house when facing the ocean. Unforeseen events like construction, utility outages, or weather changes can sometimes occur, and refunds are not offered for these circumstances, as they are beyond control. However, efforts will be made to address any issues that may arise and ensure comfort. Any behavior that disrupts the peaceful environment, including excessive noise or parties, may result in termination of the stay without a refund.
