The living rooms are the heart of this home, welcoming you with comfortable seating and state-of-the-art entertainment amenities, and you can cozy around the fireplace on cooler nights.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $115 per pet, maximum of 2. Well-behaved pets are allowed. All dogs must be kept on leashes while outdoors and pet waste must be picked up immediately, with a $50 fine applied per offense. For the safety and comfort of your pet, all dogs must be crated while guests are away from the home. Free on-site parking is available for up to 4 vehicles underneath the house and in the circular driveway. Bikes are available for guests to explore the scenic beauty surrounding Ocean Springs or enjoy a leisurely ride at sunset along the waterfront.
Belle Fontaine is one of the most exclusive private beaches on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, offering a private, clean, and peaceful environment. While tucked away, you are only 22 minutes from a lively downtown with shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as 35 minutes from all the major Biloxi Casinos and harbor.
Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 10 AM. No parties or events are permitted. This property is not suitable for children or infants due to features that may not be safe for babies or toddlers. Reservations made by guests under the age of 22 may be subject to cancellation. Lead booking guests must submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. Smoking or vaping inside the property is not allowed, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a fine. The beach directly behind the house is private property belonging to a neighbor; however, access to a beautiful beach is located to the left of the house when facing the ocean. While we strive to provide a perfect stay, unforeseen events like construction, utility outages, or weather changes can sometimes occur, and refunds cannot be offered for these circumstances. Any behavior that disrupts the peaceful and respectful environment, including but not limited to excessive noise or parties, may result in termination of your stay without a refund.
