Lease terms

Minimum Lease Term: 12 months Security Deposit: One month's rent (subject to application approval) Tenant Responsibilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, natural gas, water/sewer, trash (if applicable), internet, and cable. Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home, garage, or on the premises. Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are permitted with landlord approval. Additional pet fees and/or monthly pet rent may apply. Breed and weight restrictions may apply in accordance with insurance and HOA requirements. Lawn Care: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the lawn, landscaping, and keeping the property in a clean and orderly condition. Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the garage, driveway, or other designated parking areas. No inoperable or unregistered vehicles are permitted on the property. Occupancy: Occupancy is limited to the number of occupants permitted under applicable local laws and the lease agreement. Application Requirements: Applicants are subject to a background check, credit screening, income verification, rental history verification, and employment verification. Renters Insurance: Proof of renters insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term.
