This spacious and fully remodeled home will keep you on island time! The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, perfect for crafting culinary delights with a tropical twist. The adjoining dining area and bar seating make it a great gathering spot for meals or mai tais. The living room features a massive sectional, a premium sound system, and a smart TV with streaming capabilities. The master suite boasts a luxurious king bed and an attached spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the second bedroom, another queen bed in the third bedroom, and a bunk bed (twin + full) in the fourth bedroom. The main floor also offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and the bottom floor has a full bathroom with a shower. Pets are welcome with a pet fee that can be found in the listing. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors and responsibility for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and incur a fee. A separate shop/storage area on the far side of the property is occasionally used by the owner and will not impact guest privacy. The home includes a separate basement apartment, which may have guests. This home is conveniently located in Utah's ski country, offering easy access to local destinations. It's a 16-minute drive to Utah Valley University, 25 minutes to Brigham Young University, 19 minutes to Thanksgiving Point, 31 minutes to Sundance Ski Resorts, 19 minutes to Timpanogos Cave National Monument, and 44 minutes to Downtown Salt Lake City. The home is tucked into a peaceful cul-de-sac with limited traffic and friendly, welcoming neighbors. This is a 100% smoke-free property. Any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Guests agree to the cancellation policy detailed on the listing. We provide an initial supply of paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents; any additional supplies needed during your stay are the guest's responsibility to purchase. Host is not responsible for any lost items; items left behind will be held for 14 days. Please survey the home upon arrival and report any pre-existing damage or cleanliness issues within 4 hours of check-in. Please contact guest services before shipping any items to the property. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning, consisting of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum. Any items missing or broken must be reported to the host. No garbage or debris left outside unattended; all garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property, with a $50 fee per bin for unbagged garbage. Light maintenance or repairs may occur during your stay, including regularly scheduled exterior services. For any necessary indoor maintenance or repairs, permission will be requested before entering.
