The spacious backyard is ideal for yard games and letting the kids run wild, though it is unfenced.
A separate basement apartment is available, which may sometimes have guests. A separate shop/storage area on the far side of the property is occasionally used by the owner and will not impact guest privacy. Approved pets are welcome for $20/day per pet, with a $250 fee for undisclosed or unauthorized pets, and a $75 monthly pet fee. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are also responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability at a rate of $15 per hour, requiring 24 hours' notice. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. An initial supply of paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents is provided; any additional supplies needed are the guest's responsibility.

This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning, requiring all audio and noise levels to be kept at a minimum. Guests must report any pre-existing damage or cleanliness issues with photos within 4 hours of check-in. Moving furniture is not allowed and will incur a $500 fee if cleaners have to reset the property. Booking on behalf of others is strictly prohibited; the person who books must be the person staying. Host is not responsible for any lost items; items left behind will be held for 14 days. Mail access varies by location, and guests should contact guest services before shipping any items to the property. Pest control is professionally managed. Lockouts for doors with key access require contacting guest services for lockbox instructions; for all other lockouts, guests are responsible for hiring a locksmith at their own expense, or a $75 service fee will be charged if a team member is dispatched. Any items missing or broken must be reported to the host. No garbage or debris left outside unattended; all garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins, with a $50 fee per bin assessed for unbagged garbage. Light maintenance or repairs may occur during your stay, including regularly scheduled exterior services and indoor maintenance with prior coordination.
