This is the entire 1st floor of a Point Breeze mansion that was converted into a duplex.… Many of the original features including stained glass windows, decorative fireplaces, wainscotting, French doors, and built in shelving were preserved during renovation. It has a private entrance with a covered front porch, a sunroom right off of the living room, and direct access to the basement where there's plenty of storage and a private washer & dryer for this unit. The kitchen has been completely remodeled to include granite counters, custom cabinets, and a bar area inside an old exposed brick fireplace. It has a dishwasher, built in microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and access to a small dining room and a private deck that leads to a shared back yard. The bathroom has a full size tub and double sinks.
Two off street parking spaces are included in the rent. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenants pay gas and electric. There is gas heat and central air conditioning.
This duplex is located diagonally across from Mellon Park and Bakery Square. It features huge rooms and lots of windows.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
