Each unit features ceiling fans, hardwood floors, high efficiency furnace with central air, double pane windows, private laundry in the unit, ceramic kitchen and bath, dishwasher, disposal, and lots of cabinets and storage. Each bedroom is roughly equal in size and has ample closet space. Easy parking either on street or behind the building. There is a lot of storage in the basement. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenants pay very reasonable gas and electric. The utility bills will be very reasonable because the apartment has been upgraded to be energy efficient due to insulation and double pane windows with Argon. This is a row of 3 duplexes on the corner of Fifth and McPherson. It is conveniently located a couple of blocks from Bakery Square, Mellon Park, Trader Joe's, and more. It is also accessible to the bus line. There is easy parking either on street or in the lot behind the building. There is a lot of storage in the basement. Leases at this property can end July 15th, July 31st, or August 15th of each year. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. This is one of our buildings that has a few high-end short-term rentals that include Airbnb and corporate clients.
