In-unit laundry facilities include detergent pods, an iron with an ironing board, and a laundry basket. Low noise hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and noise monitoring devices are installed. Repeated violations and disturbances after notification may result in reservation cancellation and removal. Check-in is self-service using a smart lock code or lockbox, with detailed instructions sent before arrival. Guests are required to select a $29 per night nonrefundable damage waiver or a $750 refundable security deposit after booking. No pets are allowed at any time, and violations may incur a $500+ fine and/or immediate reservation cancellation. The primary guest must be 22+ years old, and guests 18-21 may book with a $49 one-time fee per reservation. All guests 18+ must complete ID verification before check-in. This home features 1 gig Hi-speed fiber Wi-fi and a dedicated workspace, making it remote work-friendly. All guests must complete ID verification, including government-issued ID and selfie verification, and sign the rental agreement/house rules in your Guest portal after reservation.
