Lease terms

Please Note: An in-person or virtual tour of the property is required before an application will be reviewed or accepted. Some photos shown may be virtually staged or of a similar model unit with an identical floor plan. All information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Tenant is advised to independently verify the accuracy of all information to their satisfaction, including but not limited to square footage, dimensions, and property condition. Lease terms include a minimum 12-month period. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. The Landlord covers common area maintenance, landscaping, and gardening costs. Move-in funds required are the first month's rent plus a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent, due at lease signing. No smoking is permitted. The tenant is required to obtain and maintain a renter's insurance policy. The property is leased in its "as-is" condition.
