CURRENTLY OCCUPIED: The apartment is occupied through August 31. To respect the current tenant's privacy, in-person tours are not available while occupied. A detailed VIDEO TOUR is available to prospective applicants who provide the requested information below and meet the basic rental criteria.

The owner resides and works from home in a separate attached private living area. Each residence has its own entrance and private living space. There is a shared wall and a locked interior connecting door between the two areas.
Because the owner works from home and the living areas share a wall, the apartment is best suited to one quiet occupant who works primarily outside the home. It is not a good fit for full-time remote work, frequent daytime calls or meetings, parties, frequent visitors, or regular entertaining.
The home has one central air-conditioning system serving both living areas. The thermostat is located on the owner's side, with a temperature sensor in the apartment to help maintain a comfortable temperature in both spaces.
