This is a non-smoking property, with a $500 fine for smoking inside the house. Smoking outside is allowed. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning and damage fees. Underage drinking, drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are not allowed. Guests must be 21 years or older to book and stay. For hot tub use, guests must shower before entering, limit use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, use beach towels, and adhere to a maximum occupancy of 7 guests. No diving, jumping, food, drink, glass, or pets are allowed in the hot tub. Guests are responsible for refilling propane tanks for the grill if needed and will be reimbursed with a receipt, or must bring their own charcoal for charcoal grills. Shoes should be removed indoors. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
