Pets must be house trained, up to 1 dog, additional rules may apply. Parking, up to two paved on site parking spaces are provided. Applicants with 620 649 may be considered with strong income, savings, and rental references. Credit, background, income, and rental history verification required. Applicants with a government rent subsidy may provide lawful, verifiable alternative evidence of ability to pay the tenant portion of rent, per California law. Tenant responsible for routine cleanliness, replacing light bulbs, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. Any damage beyond normal wear will be billed to tenant. Lease terms subject to applicable local and state laws.
