Your room: It's a private bedroom (for one person only) with balcony! where you can fit a single bed or full-size bed and a desk. It has a closet outside of the room. it's not furnished. You: Have a regular full-time job outside of the apartment. Proof of income required. Who socialize outside the apartment. Be able to pay rent and bills on time. You must have tons of common sense, clean and respectful person. Dog-friendly (we have 2 mix chihuahuas) and gay-friendly. SORRY no couples, no pets. Rent/Bills: $1350 per month for the room. Plus utilities.
