The remaining half will be due on the day of tenant move in. -Absolutely no smoking, drug use or excessive alcohol consumption in the unit or on the property. -No outside guests allowed on property, maximum two guests. -No parties or events. -No TV (free wifi is provided) -No pets -Free parking in one spot of driveway or on street -Maximum two guests -To ensure all our guests and neighbors enjoy a peaceful stay, our community observes quiet hours from 9 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask that you keep music, TV volumes, and outdoor conversations to a respectful level during these times.
