You'll be sharing the home with myself (44f), another roommate (74f), one school-age kiddo, a goofy dog named Remus (labradoodle) and a cuddly, but independent cat named Milo. Amenities include: Large shared kitchen with anything you could need Shared on-site laundry (right outside your room) Whole house air conditioner Cable and 2Gig internet Free gravel driveway or street parking available Quiet, friendly suburban neighborhood Purple carpet (it adds character!) Utilities are split 3 ways, and average about $100/month in the summer, a little more in the winter.

I'm a single mom that loves camping, crafting, hiking, and new things. I work M-F, 2 days a week from home. We are usually on the go doing stuff, but are typically home for dinner. Our other roommate is older, and works part time on the weekend.
