    3 to 8 month lease please!! Anything else, please make request. Owner pays for TRASH. Renter pays for Water, power, gas, and internet and any other extra utility they want that Owner does not cover. Please contact us for viewing and security deposit is needed if you like choose the home. This is a FURNISHED house (but beds, dining room and living room furniture can be removed at the tenant's request), so any of the furniture that is not wear and tear through time, but is damaged by Renter/Tenant will have Renter/Tenant liable for damages, which includes appliances. However, any appliances that need servicing during the rental can be taken care of by Owner if not damaged by Renter. NO smoking indoors, and Renter/Tenant is required to have renter's insurance at time of move in. Small dogs of less than 20 lbs are allowed, and a refundable $100 deposit for each dog is required. Will be refunded after walk through inspection is acceptable and moved out. At end of term, the condition of house has to be delivered the same as it was given at start of rental move in period. Parking is on driveway for 2 vehicles and street parking is available as well. No street cleaning! There will be NO overnight guests for more than 3x a week that is not already listed in the lease and approved by Owner, because that ends up being an extra tenant. Minut system and exterior cameras remain on property operational unless otherwise discussed. Indoor camera will be removed when Renter moves in. Lastly, NO ONE who is guest or short term rental can forward mail to this Camino house. Long term renters can forward mail to our house. If discovered, Renter/Tenant will be in breach of lease contract and will have to face consequences decided by Owner's discretion. thank you for your interest.
