The living areas, bathrooms and kitchen have LVP flooring. Bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. There is a fireplace in the living room. There is a storage area at the back of the house. Stove and dishwasher provided. This is a zero-lot line townhome that shares one wall with the next-door neighbors (long-term residents). Each side has its own driveway parking for two cars. The back yard is fenced. The current tenant is being evicted for non-payment this week. I do not tolerate squatters. Nobody should be allowed a free ride. The monthly rental is $1650. The lease is for one year. Upon signing, the first and last months' rent are due and also the security deposit of $1650. The tenant(s) must show monthly wages (combined if a couple) of a minimum of 2.5 times the rent in order to be considered ($4125) and a minimum credit score of 600. Your rental history must have no prior evictions, no bankruptcies and no garnishments on your wages. The house is close to I-40 and convenient to shopping. This is a nice quiet area, so I am looking for trustworthy and respectable tenants. Not looking for the party types who cause a lot of disturbance in the area. The house is zero lot line, so little upkeep with yard maintenance.
