Hello! I'm renting my house- it's a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with a detached studio bath in the back with 1 bath. Total 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. This house is for someone who's a tree hugger as there are 3 large trees on the property, very rare. In the main house, the original wooden floors were just refinished. Hexagons are the Bestagons, so throughout the house, you'll see hexagon design elements. At the very back there's a gated carport for parking 2 cars, one covered. There are also storage sheds. The whole property is gated. There's also a mostly furnished studio in the back. The studio has a loft style bed, so it's perfect for a teen or young adult. Not for seniors. There's a small kitchenette but it's not for anyone who wants to do a lot of cooking. It has a newly tiled shower, small refrigerator, ceiling fan, tv, queen sized bed, and a mini-split.
