The home includes a washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. This home is pet-friendly, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Pool heat can be added for $35 per day of usage, with a request made a week prior to check-in. A golf cart is available to reserve for $80 per day, with a two-day minimum. A pet fee of up to $150 applies for one house-trained dog, subject to written notification and host approval.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Smoking and drugs are not allowed inside the home or on the property. No glass is allowed by the pool. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Self check-in and check-out are available.

This home is not baby-proofed. No third party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to three standard size cars can park in the driveway. Always park on the right side of the roadway, and be careful not to block any neighbors' driveway. Guests are responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored.
