The upper floor has two more bedrooms, a second bathroom, and the living room with a large television. The south facing deck will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book on those nice sunny days. Features: * Pet Friendly * Gas Fireplace * Nearby ski resorts * Minutes to Tahoma Market and Chambers Landing * Quiet Neighborhood Bedroom Configurations: Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: Queen Loft: Queen Pet Friendly: Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2, additional fees apply per dog. Location: While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the property's yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots such as Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe. On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to grab a sandwich at the famous Tahoma Market or a Chambers Punch at Chambers Landing. Parking: Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. Other things to Note: * This is a non-smoking home. * Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults. * Use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
