Application process is ONLY through Zillow. Landlord does not collect an application fee as you will pay Zillow directly to apply. This property listing is marketed on Zillow and other platforms, but all applications will be processed through Zillow. A security deposit will not be requested until you have seen the property, completed the application process satisfactorily, and ready to sign a lease. Lease Terms: Rent: $2,100 per month Security Deposit: $2,100 refundable, due at signing Lease Duration: 12 months Utilities and Fees: Tenant pays: electricity, water, internet, cable, and phone Included in rent: trash, recycling, sewer, and water softener salt Lawn care and snow removal can be covered by the landlord for an additional $40 monthly charge.
