Optional add-on services include early check-in, late check-out, airport transportation, baby equipment rental, extra cleaning service, a luxury welcome package, and pool heating for $60 + tax per day (or $100 + tax per day after 72 hours of booking). Pets are welcome with an animal fee starting at $25 per animal, per day + tax, with fees decreasing for longer stays. Located in the heart of Naples Park, this home is within walking distance of Vanderbilt Beach and just minutes from Mercato, offering easy access to Naples' best restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and white-sand beaches. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, Clam Pass Beach Park, and many other local attractions are also nearby. You can walk to beaches and shopping, but a car is recommended to experience all of Naples. Events, parties, and weddings are NOT allowed at this property. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, which applies to overnight stays as well as daytime visitors. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid government-issued ID and credit card details for verification. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Pool heating is optional and requires an additional fee; the pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and may take longer to heat the pool in colder temperatures. Guests residing in Naples may be asked to provide additional verification. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property and possessions. Trailers, boats, jet skis, or other commercial vehicles may not be parked at the property. Parking is limited to the driveway, garage, or allotted parking spaces. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and leaving the property in a generally tidy condition at check-out. An initial supply of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing, and laundry detergent is provided, and guests will need to purchase additional items when they run out. Guests are responsible for rolling trash bins to/from the curb for pick-up. Lost, stolen, or damaged linens will be charged at three times the replacement cost. Locked closets, storage areas, and owner's property are off-limits to guests. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes. Any guest who remains or attempts to remain after being told to vacate is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in a generally clean and tidy manner throughout their stay. Guests are responsible for putting trash bins out at the curb on scheduled pickup days. Guests are encouraged to arrange pool heat with the office in advance of arrival and are obligated to pay a per diem rate for the duration of their reservation. Guests are responsible for keeping property in a relatively tidy and neat condition and must accommodate showing requests if the property is listed for sale. Guests shall make available to the property manager access to the premises to make necessary repairs and to periodically inspect premises. Guests are expected to consume utilities in a conscientious manner, and the property manager reserves the right to charge extra for excessive consumption. There is NO telephone service provided at most properties. Guests are encouraged to bring their own cellular telephones, computers, and other wireless devices.
