Small pets including cats will be considered but require landlord's approval and additional deposit. On-street parking only, but parking is always available out front. Tenant is responsible for taking their trash and recycling to the curb weekly following city guidelines (using appropriate trash cans and recycling bins). Tenant will notify owner immediately or any building, plumbing or electrical problems. This is a well cared for home, and the landlords live next door and seek responsible tenants as well as considerate neighbors.
