Must fill out application and background/credit check for each adult moving into home. Certified funds must be paid prior to move in. There is no subleasing and people without prior approval can not live in home. Prefer no pets, will consider on case by case basis. Fee is $500.00, non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Must provide vet proof of all vaccinations and rabies and parish tags per year. There is a private well, so there is no charge for water. In the event of a power outage, you can not use the water. The tenant is responsible to pay to prime well if they use water in a power outage. Tenant pays for Electricity, Trash and Lawn Maintenance on a monthly basis. There is a 200 sq.ft. storage building on the property. It is available to rent for a fee and is excluded from the lease. No food, no pets, no lawn equipment or gas/flammable items can be stored inside storage building. **Additional details may be explained in lease.**
