Natural light, calm finishes, and a comfortable coastal feel make it easy to settle in and unwind. The screened outdoor living area is designed for enjoying Florida days, with dining space, loungers, and a gas grill. The heated saltwater pool includes a shallow lounging area. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for vacation cooking, offering a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a variety of small appliances. The spacious living area features comfortable seating, a queen-size sofa bed, and a TV with Comcast Xfinity, plus board games and toys for family time.
Guests have access to 4 adult bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers and beach towels, a beach wagon, and a variety of beach toys for kids. The garage is available for guest use, housing the washer and dryer. Pets are welcome, with a limit of 1 or 2 non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs weighing 35 pounds or less, for a fee of $50 per pet per stay. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited. Pool heating is available and the pool is heated to approximately 85F when appropriate, though temperature may vary depending on local weather conditions.
Conveniently situated in Naples Park, this home is a quick walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Public beach parking is also nearby. Naples Park is a charming, non-gated residential neighborhood close to Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's. Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is approximately 40 minutes away. A car is recommended to fully explore the area.
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Guests are asked not to rearrange the furniture. Any damage or malfunction should be reported to the host right away. Guests can choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold to cover accidental damage during their stay. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.
