The garage is available for guest use, housing the washer and dryer, making longer stays convenient and comfortable.

Naples Park is a charming, non-gated residential neighborhood close to Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's. Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is approximately 40 minutes away. A car is recommended to fully explore the area.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that it can be repaired or replaced. Guests can choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold for accidental damage during their stay. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in. The pool is heated to approximately 85F when appropriate, though the temperature may vary depending on local weather conditions. This is a self check-in property with a coded door code that gets changed between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation. Early and late check-outs can be accommodated upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in prior to arrival.
