Lease terms
Renter pays all utilities including start up, except for water/sewer is paid by owner. Utilities will include power, gas, garbage pickup, security, cable, phone and internet if used. Renter is responsible for lawn care. Security deposit does NOT apply to last month's rent, rent will be due first of the month, no later than 3rd when weekend is involved. Rent is to be electronically deposited. 1 year lease is required which all items roll over at the end of the year and you go onto a 30 day notification. Light bulbs and small repairs are expected be done by renter. (more detail in lease) Preference is for non-smoking.

Location is very handy, being just off Chenoweth Creek Rd you are near shopping, restaurants and more.… High school and one grade school are less than a mile. Commute to Elkins area or other direction such as Beverly, Valley Bend, etc is easy access. Having 3 bedrooms plus an office is very convenient for those who work from home at least parttime. Internet access is available as well as cable/fiber, etc
The home is freshly painted along with small upgrades. This is a brick ranch style, 1 story home with a screened in back porch, separate patio comes with a gas grill. You also have a "barn" storage building. The garage has some built in storage as well. Ample closets in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. Front porch has beautiful view, back area is somewhat wooded. Sorry, no pets allowed due to all the beautiful wood floors.
