Convenient location, less than 5 minute straight walk to/from Wollaston T-Station. Driving to downtown Boston would only take 10-15 mins if traffic's good. North Quincy and Quincy center take less than 5 mins by T. It's a relatively quiet and safe neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, banks, retail stores, barber shops, and convenient stores around that are within 10 minutes or less of walking distance. CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, Hot Pot, Sushi, Bars, Hair salon, Retail stores, Grocery stores, Gyms, Banks, Gas stations, you name it.
