Condo in Downtown St. Paul! Located right on 7th street, easily access restaurants/bars/cafes downtown.… Just a walk away from the Xcel Energy Center and many local downtown parks. The skyway is available in right in the building which is perfect for the winters! The condo is also pet friendly with the exception of dogs.
Painted the kitchen cabinets and installed a new walk-in shower within the last 3 years. Secure package room in the lobby also available.
All the windows in the unit face the west so they let in the beautiful sun. Lots of space for indoor gardening and flower planters/pots. Fantastic view of downtown!! Gorgeous sunsets
