Lease terms

PLEASE do not use the Zillow Credit Report. We use a secure encrypted site. Tenants pay all utilities. Lease minimum is 1 year. All potential tenants age 18 and over must apply and complete a background and credit report via the off site encrypted and secure site. How it works? Each adult (18+) will need to provide a valid email address of their own, we will input the email address and name to the site. You will receive an email from them. They require a one time fee of $40.00. We do not receive any fees for the application process. We never see your credit/debit card information. The reports can be used over and over again where reusable reports are accepted. We do not accept reusable reports since this is a brand new property. Owners require verifiable income totaling 3x the rent. Applicants will be denied for violent or drug related crimes. Pet policy: cat or small dog allowed with $250 non refundable pet deposit per pet and $30/per month pet rent per pet.
