About the building
The townhome is in a safe, quiet neighborhood located right next to a park with a walking path and a mile from shopping at Belmar.… The neighborhood is very unique, with lots of small urban farms and farm animals. It also has easy access to 6th Ave if you plan to head up to the mountains frequently.
The primary bedroom is very bright and spacious, and has a large walk-in closet with en suite. The other bedroom is smaller with a closet, large window, and access to a private bathroom down the hall. The third bedroom also has a closet and a window with bathroom access down the hall. This is perfect for a couple who wants to have guests, or several friends who want to share the place.
There is laundry in-unit and a large attached two-car garage. There is also a large finished basement which can be used as an office or exercise area.
Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. Please reach out with more information about your dog(s) to see if it would be a good fit. Sorry, no cats.
This rental is privately managed by the owner, so if there are ever any issues with the house they are available to check on things. We do schedule biannual inspections (for leaks, smoke, or anything else that could cause long term damage), but will not drop by regularly or unannounced.
All tenants must submit to and cover the costs of a background check. References will also be required.
