Highly desirable DR20 neighborhood for schools, 4 miles from Costco/TraderJoes.… Main level and lower level baths have been recently remodeled with high finishes, hardwood self closing drawers and 3cm high end granite on both. Kitchen is dated/oak but perfectly serviceable as good sized for the townhouse.
2'nd owner, (please NO realtors). 2 car garage. Main photo is incorrect as it's been a long long while since listed, but is of the area and next door unit, exactly similar outside. Given townhome ALL yardwork is done through HOA and not a community that lets any maintenance unattended -- recently painted, new roof, newly sealed asphalt. Townhomes back to natural stream which often sees deer and other wildlife.
VERY quiet area for being so close to the best shops and business available to CoSpgs and importantly BEST RATED SCHOOLS.
Preference given to 2 year lease but min 1 year. Last tenants stayed 23 years which tells the story on both of us as good tenants and good landlord relationship. The carpets are light in color so am not accepting any pets.
