Main floor is great room, kitchen, dining room, and half bath. Downstairs is final bedroom and full bath, plus huge family room. Laundry in basement.
Two exits -- front door and downstairs door to backyard and garage. Front door isn't used much because there's no street parking and driveway is in rear off 2nd St.
Just finished remodel. Fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, ceiling fans, windows, and AC! Yard is flat for easy playtime with kids or pets or BBQ out back.
A block off Main St and bus line and downtown Ravenna. About 8 min to Walmart, 10 min to Streetsboro or Kent. 4 mi to Kent State. 20 min to Sam's Club.
