From the IB Pier/end of Palm Ave miles of open beach to the North towards Coronado and South to the Tijuana river. Plenty of ocean breeze during the day and listen to the waves at night. Up the Silver Strand to Coronado. East on Palm Avenue and Highway 5 is less than 10 minutes away. Plenty of amenities in Chula Vista. The rest of San Diego is close by.
