Lease terms

Inaccurate, untruthful, or misleading information submitted on applications may result in immediate dismissal and closing of application. Applicant will be required to verify relationships with co-tenants before lease is signed. All adults will be listed and sign lease. Contact landlord for further information. Smoking and vaping not allowed in house or on the property. Home is furnished. Landlord in area, not absentee. Renter's insurance required. Tenant responsible for lawn mowing, yard debris, leaf, and branch cleanup, snow shoveling, and ice removal on paved surfaces. Property will abide by all Carroll County rental standards and regulations. A modest water softener, air filter, and cleaning fee will be required before the lease begins. No businesses or subleases allowed. Storage of personal belongings or property other than those of the lessee or lessor is prohibited. Home is cleaned and ready for viewing or occupancy. Renewal not likely. Security deposit, credit and background check will be required. A move out cleaning fee is included in the rent. There is a security deposit charge. Bi-monthly cleaning schedule and fee ($200) charged twice monthly.
