Enjoy ample free parking and shared laundry facilities for your convenience. Pets are welcome with prior notice and a $40 pet fee per dog, paid before arrival. Registered pets must be crated if left alone, kept off furniture, leashed when outdoors, and their waste cleaned up immediately.

Check-in is easy with a secure keypad and door code sent closer to your arrival date, as there is no front desk. Smoking and events are not allowed. Cancellations are fully refundable up to 1 day before check-in. Payment terms are 50% due at booking and the remainder 30 days before check-in, or 100% due at booking if checking in less than 30 days. The minimum age to book is 18. Please be aware that while properties are treated and maintained, occasional encounters with minor pests like ants or spiders, or local wildlife such as mice, chipmunks, or bears, may occur due to the natural environment. These sightings do not indicate a dirty or poorly maintained home.
