Check-in is a seamless self-check-in process with a secure keypad and door code that will be sent closer to check-in, with no front desk. Smoking and events are not allowed. Pets are allowed, but cats are not permitted. Minor pest and wildlife encounters are possible due to the natural environment and do not indicate a dirty or poorly maintained home. Cancellation terms are fully refundable up to 1 day before check-in, after which the booking becomes non-refundable. Payment terms are 50% due at booking and the remainder 30 days before check-in; if booking checks in less than 30 days, 100% is due at booking. The minimum age to book is 18.
