Lease terms

Renter is responsible for electric bill. The fee for the electric will be based on usage. No smoking and no pets. This is non negotiable. There will be bi-monthly walk throughs to inspect the quality of the home. The renter will be given notice before the walkthrough occurs. Rent is due at the beginning every month with a 14 day grace period. After 14 days payment must be received or eviction process will proceed. Any damage must be reported to the landlord. Trash must be taken to the end of the Allison Street as Allison is a private street. Visitors are allowed but only up to 4 guest and 4 vehicles. Landlord must be made aware if visitors stay for longer than 2 nights. Renters vehicles must be parked on the concrete driveway. There are no exceptions. Please take care of the home as if it were yours.
