Off street dedicated spot for you to park, some storage available in separate oversized garage, as well as a few shelves in room in shared storage space in the basement, if needed. Unit is currently occupied but will be move-in ready 10/1.
We are professionals in our late 40s, and work normal business M-F hours and will be upstairs! We are quiet and keep to ourselves, 420 friendly, but NO late night partiers, please. We have two beautiful large dogs that are VERY friendly and love people, and will come and go in/out the back door (shared partial entrance) through a dog door. The staircase to your unit is the shared part as well as that door, but your unit is 100% private with a lockable door at the bottom of the stairs :)
