The modern apartment has windows in each room and gets lots of natural light. The quiet back yard has spaces for lounging, reading, working, or even starting your own garden! In-unit laundry includes washer and dryer. All the appliances and furniture that you see in the photos are included for an effortless move-in. Also includes 2 off-street parking spaces. Lease length and dates are negotiable. Need to know: This is a walk-out / ground level unit on the lower level; the owners live on the primary level. We are a family of four living above. We have 2 children, ages 4 and 6. Although the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, our home on the floor above you can be busy and loud when our kids are both home! Their sleeping hours are typically between 9pm - 7am. If you are sensitive to noise outside of their sleeping hours, this home may not be a good fit for you. The backyard is shared with our family.
