NO SMOKING, MINIMUM 1 MONTH RENTAL, MAXIMUM THROUGH NOVEMBER 19. BACKGROUND AND CREDIT CHECK WILL BE CONDUCTED. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Mandatory one time cleaning charge applies. When stay is not prepaid in full the first full and partial month will be required upon leasing with subsequent months due one month in advance. One month security deposit required while such may be waived for stays pre-paid in full with a credit card of file, subject to demonstration of excellent credit history This home accepts a single dog subject to the following: (1.) Approval, please provide details pertaining to your pet, including breed, size, age, behavior, picture, details of how often pet is likely to be left alone and how they will be left when alone. Any history of biting must be disclosed. (2.) Additional security deposit and one time additional cleaning charge (3.) Execution of pet rental agreement and compliance with stated rules (4.) Minimum stay requirements (generally 2 months spring and fall, 3 months when including August, 4 months when including July, while exception applies when the given unit/property is not available for that duration, if looking for shorter duration please inquire about units/properties that may be available). (5.) Property specific requirements which may include certain breed or weight restrictions, crating when left alone, etc.
