Just bring your suitcase for renters that travel lite. Landlord pays all utilities for SHORT TERM stay, including the electricity for a flat fee, as stated. Renter pays a one time $25.00 HOA Registration fee, for duration of occupancy. Longer than a year term renting, utilities will be paid by the renter, as a regular rental. Sorry, NO subletting, pets or smoking. Condo includes 1 car garage and up to 2 FREE additional parking spaces.
