The second bedroom also includes a Tuft and Needle queen sized bed with a Crate and Barrel pull out twin couch. This room also includes a flat screen TV with a WiFi for the kids. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed. The residence comfortably sleeps 7. Backyard is perfect for entertaining with a large stainless-steel propane BBQ, propane fire pit, wicker dining table for 4, plush outdoor sofa, heated pool and pool lounge chairs. There are grapefruit and orange trees with fresh fruit in season most of the year. The living room boasts comfortable seating and a large 60" screen TV. TV is loaded with Netflix, Prime and Sling (for live TV streaming) The modern dining room table seats 8 which is perfect for family trips. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker as well as a fully stocked silverware, dishes, pots, pans and everything else you would need to make gourmet meals with. There are pool towels and a front-loading washer and dryer inside the home. The front door lock is a Nest Wi-Fi deadbolt with your personal pin code for entry. The house is in a great location close to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter and very close to the TPC golf course. Enjoy some of the excellent dining and shopping options nearby, head out to a local reserve to go hiking and mountain biking, and see the animals at Phoenix Zoo. There are two parking spots in the driveway and there are no restrictions on street parking. Minimal street traffic and with such close proximity to so many dining and entertainment options you are a $5 Uber or Lyft ride away if you don't have transportation. Extensive instruction guide provided in home and tips on dining, entertainment, dog parks, hikes, etc. which we will send out to guests and also make available in the home.
