3 year old house. Renting the top 2/3 of the home along with 2 of the 3 garage stalls. The owner will live in the basement and use the external entrance in the backyard to access his space. The internal door down to the basement can be locked from either side. The only common areas will be the garage where both the tenant and the owner we'll stay within their specified areas, and the back yard where the owner isn't allowed on the deck, but the tenant is allowed to use the full backyard except the patio under the deck. The house has 5 bedrooms above ground including an office on the main floor and a large mother in law suite. On the top floor there are four bedrooms, a huge walk in closet and a laundry area (washer and dryer are included in the rent cost). There's a spacious loft upstairs and a huge living room on the main floor. There is NO smoking allowed in the house at all! The tenant can park their car on the driveway behind their garage door. Pet policy can be discussed and defined as hoc as a part of the rental terms. Upkeep of the house exterior is taken care of by the owner. All other details can be worked out by the owner and tenant.
