Cons: Compact space Simple and practical, not luxury. If I were to review my own apartment this would be the review: "I really enjoyed my stay at this place! Check-in was super easy with the key code, and the management team was very responsive. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and pillows. The location is perfect close to Whole Foods, Rose Ave, lots of restaurants, and just a short walk to Venice Beach. Santa Monica Pier and the canals are also nearby. The WiFi worked well for work, and I appreciated being able to use the shared laundry. The only minor things were thin walls and seeing a bunch of friendly dogs out front when I arrived, but neither was a big deal. Overall, a great spot in a fantastic neighborhood would definitely recommend!" If you are looking for a budget friendly stay in a very cool neighborhood of Los Angeles, look no further! Stay in our studio apartment in the Venice neighborhood. The building is a little bit older. Just 1 block away is Rose Ave. with restaurants, coffee shops, cafes and shopping. Walking distance is Whole Foods grocery store. This little unit has everything you may need. BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM The cozy bedroom features a memory foam queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A large window allows for natural light, while full-length curtains provide the option to block out the sun for extra sleep. The studio does have a window A/C. Log into your Netflix, HBO, and other streaming services on our Roku smart TV. High-speed WiFi throughout the unit. BATHROOM Our bathroom is the perfect place to refresh for your next adventure. In addition to a shower you will find a hair dryer, shampoo, soap, towels and all of your bath essentials. The home also includes an iron, ironing board, and hangers so you can make yourself at home. KITCHEN Our kitchen features small sized appliances, a microwave, Keurig with K-cups provided, pots and pans, salt and pepper and all cooking necessities. Honestly, there are so many great restaurants so close by, you will probably not use the kitchen much at all. PATIO Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio.
