If I were to review my own apartment this would be the review: "I had a fantastic stay and the management team was attentive to my questions and even accommodated an early check-in, which was extremely helpful. The apartment is in a small 6 unit apartment complex. One of the best parts about this location is its proximity to everything. It's situated close to Whole Foods grocery and 1 block from Rose Ave. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, a grocery store, a gas station, and Venice Beach all within walking distance. The Venice neighborhood, is vibrant and conveniently close to Santa Monica Pier and the Venice Canals. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the key code system, which meant I didn't have to worry about carrying a key around. When I arrived there were a bunch of dogs out front that belonged to the front neighbor. They were all friendly. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The coffee provided was adequate, but I preferred to walk down the street to Groundwork Coffee Co or Cafe Gratitude for a cappuccino and to people watch. The neighborhood gives a very local vibe. Additionally, I was given access to use the shared coin operated laundry machine for the building. The WiFi was adequate, which was important for me because I had to do some work while I was there. Overall, I recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the Venice Beach area. BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM The cozy bedroom features a memory foam queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A large window allows for natural light, while full-length curtains provide the option to block out the sun for extra sleep. The studio does have a window A/C. Log into your Netflix, HBO, and other streaming services on our Roku smart TV. High-speed WiFi throughout the unit. BATHROOM Our bathroom is the perfect place to refresh for your next adventure. In addition to a shower you will find a hair dryer, shampoo, soap, towels and all of your bath essentials. The home also includes an iron, ironing board, and hangers so you can make yourself at home. KITCHEN Our kitchen features small sized appliances, a microwave, Keurig with K-cups provided, pots and pans, salt and pepper and all cooking necessities. Honestly, there are so many great restaurants so close by, you will probably not use the kitchen much at all. PATIO Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio.
